48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment. Cancellation before 48 hours in advance, credit card will not be charged and appointment can be moved to another date. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in the credit card being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of service, and is not refundable.

Your complimentary microblading or freckle touch up will be booked 6-8 weeks after initial service. If you wait longer than 8 weeks, you will be required to pay touch up rates for further bookings. If you "No Show" or cancel within 48 hours of appointment, cancellation fees are required and are not refundable.

"No Shows" will be treated as a cancelled appointment / will be charged a cancellation fee and will need to reschedule an appointment.

Two "No Shows" will result in client termination.

If the client is not properly prepared for the appointment OR has not followed Before & Aftercare preparations, this is an automatic cancellation and the appointment will be moved.

All cancellation fees are non-refundable
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service a refund will not be given. Instead a complimentary appointment can be made and together we will take the appropriate measures to correct the service.
In the case that an allergic reaction occurs please contact me right away, it will be necessary to discontinue your treatments. A refund of the service amount is accepted in this situation although the "deposit" or "cancellation fee" will not be refunded.

If your brows were previously tattooed and you’re interested in a cover-up/rework of a previous Microblading, please email me clear photos (info@browsbytaylorjade.com) PRIOR to booking your appointment for review. With the Microblading technique, we can only go darker and thicker, previously tattooed brows that are already too dark, dense or discoloured will need tattoo removal and be healed prior to proceeding with the cover-up service.
If your brows were previously tattooed by another artist a full service is required.

The best way to contact Taylor in regards to any questions/concerns or booking appointments is by email or text. Phone calls will not be answered during work hours. If you would like to schedule a phone conversation please message her and a phone call can be arranged.

Please note the studio is a dog friendly space, however due to the length of the appointments provided pets are advised to stay home.

Please arrive promptly to your appointment, ex. clean washed face, hair tie & be on time (if you are running behind please notify us asap).

Shoes will not be permitted on service bed at any given time.

If you tend to get cold, please dress accordingly! Blankets are available upon request.
